This place is never open yet when I'm at the store literally next to it, I see groups of people( random people appearing intoxicated)late at night opening the gate with a key and locking it behind them. I'm convinced this place is an underground crack den or some weird shit. Why would a business be closed to the public and remain open? No wonder the undercover police have been up and down this area. Ps I forgot to mention that this business is owned by the adjacent store Visalia liquor. And they have cameras looking everywhere. Shit is so sus.
