Over 20 years I've been going to this shop. Today was the last. Prices at the register differ from the price shown on most products. They will also lie and tell you "tax free" but then raise the price to, or higher, than it would have been with tax. This happened twice. The prices are between 10-20% higher than many places around town. For a smoke shop they should be cheaper but most gas stations nearby are cheaper than they are. Three cigars labeled $1.19 come out to $6 even for some reason. If you come in after 4pm you'll have a hard time understanding the cashier because they hire people that have a hard time speaking English. So after them not understanding you, you not understanding them, and the wrong product gets grabbed 4 times, your about 10minutes in just for one item. This place has really gone down hill. Especially since it was recently sold. I will never direct any business their way again as i have many, many times. A well as never returning there myself. The difference in price is more than the gas it costs to drive across town if need be. Because anywhere is cheaper than here.

I've been going here for years and the employees are friendly and helpful. I go in today to buy a pod twist walked out to my car (parked right in front of the stores from door). Tried my pod twist and it didn't work so I go back in the store and tell the owner and she said I was a liar and God would punish me and that they try them all so they no it works and accused me of switching out out my old one with the new broken one, (I don't no how they would try it though when they are sealed in a package and place in a box). After this experience I will no longer take my business to them.

Went here for wat I need, and got exactly that plus more. Great service. I'm from NC so I had to shop around for the particular smokes I like and I found them here.. the lady was very helpful... will shop with them again

The woman working on 02/06/2026 is very rude. Hung up the phone right after clearly being rude and pretending she didn’t hear me. Tried calling again and she hung up immediately. Called a THIRD TIME and she let it ring for a bit then hung it up. Fire this woman!
