I just had the worst experience with the blonde who works the desk I come in all the time I give all my friends your recommendation and send people your way and she completely treated me like shit And has been rude every single time I’ve come in

Seemed like a decent plus but they basically stole from me so I won't be back. Came in for a new tip for my seahorse pro 2. Was shown a tip that I was pretty sure was for the 3 and wouldn't work on it but they insisted it was the correct one. Brought it home and sure enough it didn't work. Looked it up and it clearly said it didn't work on my device. They don't accept returns so after insisting it was correct and it wasn't I was stuck. They offered to exchange it when they got the correct ones in and took my number but it's been a few months and no call, also I went in to check after a little over a month and was told it was weird it wasn't in yet and they would call me. So I'm just not gonna bother going back. Wanted to support my neighborhood spot but that's just not it. Decent selection otherwise and decent on price so it's a shame but at least it was a fairly cheap lesson. Edited for response: Just offer returns for things you sell that are incorrect and then never used? Especially after the customer is assured it's the right part. I don't know, but I'm not entirely interested in something like store credit in a store I don't believe in. I wish you luck but honestly just not for me. I need security in my purchases.

I now drive from oceanside just to visit this shop only going on three years now I love them this is a new location but just a little down the street from the one I always went to. By far #1

Not only were they helpful in fixing a piece of mine, I was treated very well by the staff member working that day. She is a genuine woman and it made the experience I had that much better! I love being able to discuss pieces and learn about glass I wasn't aware of before. Thank you THC for all your help and kindness through the years of being a customer. :)
