I just started getting my vape juice from Vape Craft over the last couple of weeks and I’ve tried 6 different flavors, it is a good value for the price. I got expedited shipping both times and got my last order in 3 days which I was really happy about. I would have given 5 stars but I had to give four because they don’t answer their phones when I’ve called and it took almost 2 weeks to get a reply from my email to them. I am glad to know I have found a new place to get my vape supplies though, I just hope they can get better with the customer service end of things.

I have been buying from them for quite a while. Love the product lines they carry. Had a few ordering glitches late last year (lost order, not shipped) but they were very responsive in correcting the issues. So far this year I have ordered several times and they have been the best in every way. I will continue to order from them for all my vaping needs!

It's a shame the website is not user friendly, I tried to use the Memorial Day sale code and was denied. The confirmed order does not show and it makes it look like the order did not go through. I learned the hard way on this and ended up paying shipping 2x in the same day due to the delay. Word of advice wait a while after placing an order to see if you get an email as you won't know if it went through until you get an email. It is maddening as we love their juice but not their website or the fact that you cannot call and get ahold of anyone, EVER! I have left many messages!

I had just stumbled upon Vape Crafts website and thought, well my other shop I normally buy from does not keep my favorite products in stock. So I took a chance with vape craft and I have been thoroughly impressed with the ease of ordering and delivery timelines. And the prices truly cannot be beat! Thank you vape craft for caring about your customers and maintaining a wonderful small business! You are all are amazing!!!! You are a true 10 in my book!

They went out of business. Do NOT order here. Yes, Vape Craft Inc., located at 2425 La Mirada Dr, Vista, CA 92081, is currently facing significant reports of order fulfillment problems and is widely reported as closed. As of February 2026, numerous customers have reported that while the website remains active and continues to accept payments, orders are not being filled, and the company has ceased responding to communications.
