I wanted to buy some Vaporesso coils, but they are charging so much more than the MRSP, which is $16.90 and they wanted $25. I’d phoned several times to ask about a Vaporesso mod and the coils, and the person I spoke to said the manager might negotiate the price of the coils, but when I spoke to the manager he gave a curt ‘no’ he wouldn’t lower the price, so I asked him about a Vaporesso mod I was interested in, and he gave a curt ‘no’. This was probably because I told him he was charging way too much for the coils. Element vape charges $11.99, and Vaporesso charges $15.50.

Going for the first time, I felt very welcomed. I was assisted with awesome customer service. The store was organized perfectly that finding something was a fast process and was hassle-less. Alyssa was very helpful in answering the many questions I had and took the time and patience to make sure I got what I wanted. I’m definitely coming back again for sure plus she was cute

Great shop with a HUGE selection of products! Amazing customer service as well.. Very clean and organized shop as well! I will be back and will recommend to people who are in the vaping community.

Lots of options. Went there for geek bar. It's a bit pricey. Staff was super friendly and informative. I'm not a fan of the all-seeing eye on the door, though, but...meh. no biggie. Not everyone knows what it means.
