🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Wow!! Nicest staff ever!! Came in to grab some cigarettes and the manager Erin was extremely friendly, kind and downright the nicest person ever. She went out of her way to explain everything, was very polite and professional and it was a very nice unexpected experience. It also helped that the store was clean, the prices were very fair and they had a wide selection of choices and different products. By far though I had to leave this reveiw for the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!!

This is a real/true smoke shop in West Hills—SFV. 👌 The reason being: You know where its entrance is. Other smoke shops just post signs! 👎 I circled a busy intersection thru an alley and streets, etc. a couple times for a competitors’ shop. SMOKY’S CIGARS & CIGARETTES Take all the business.💰 Sincerely; Peyo

They have a great selection and the best prices. Definitely recommend Smoky’s.

The absolute best smoke shop ever. Ive been shopping from here for a long time but the new management is great. Very reasonable pricing and best hookah collection and hookah tobacco. Check them out I highly recommend. Thanks guys for the great service.

They have good deals for vapes. The guy always makes sure I get what I need. What I like about this shop is that people here actually want to help and not only sell whatever.
