They sold me a faulty 510 thread battery I tried it right out the store and I went back in to see what was the problem I guess it was the voltage and the employee named Stone told me to come back if it was still Giving problems and I asked if I needed a receipt she said no it’s fine and then I go back because it was not producing smoking after 2 seconds holding the button and showing a “!” and said they need a receipt if not, they can’t do anything but give me a discount on a new one. which is stupid, I clearly asked if I needed a receipt and stone said no, don’t trust these people they will sell you non working items just to not give you a receipt and lie to you. Horrible customer service to even think about lying to customers.

Sold me 2 vape batteries for $78 claiming they were “top of the line” and ripped me off when I wasn’t really paying attention to the price having never been taken advantage of by such criminals. Worst batteries I’ve ever experienced in the end of the day. Will NEVER EVER shop at this criminalistic predatory vape shop again. Will recommend nobody ever shops here to avoid price gouging and lies from their bone-headed employees. HARD PASS 0/10

I went in to buy a specific kind of vape and both employees were unknowledgable, unhelpful, and rude. It took 15 minutes to get the attention of the two employees, even thought we were the only ones in there. Standard answers from the employees were "Maybe? I don't know?" On just about everything I asked. When I asked one of the employees how much an item was, they looked at me and said "I don't know?!" I just stood there and was dumbfounded by the entire experience, very strange shop, the vibes were off, and I noticed a lot of counterfeit vapes/other products. Do not recommend this place.

They're very attentive and this place has a wide selection of products and if they don't have what you need, they do their best to get it for you in a short time. I travel across town just to come to this shop because I love them so much. Keep up the great work guys.
