Went to this store for the first time and was very impressed by the quality of selection. Soup to nuts, glass to Crystal jewelry, which I was about to buy some jewelry but was pressured to make my choices b/c he “had stuff in the back to do.” I wasn’t even in there very long, wasn’t wasting time or breath with mindless conversation just seeing everything since I hadn’t been in before. For instance there were disposable vapes that were in a box on the counter. I didn’t say a word, just observing “Those aren’t for sale”. Might I suggest you don’t have them in the showroom then, or just close the box. This a beautiful shop, there’s a ton to take in and I was treated like an inconvenience. I own a retail biz, and I am constantly balancing customers with ordering & restocking. Inevitably the more stuff I need to do, the more people come in. That’s retail, yes it’s frustrating but I appreciate the biz more than I am annoyed by the delays. I would never tell a customer to hurry up, not even after I’ve turned off my open sign for the day. Which does happen a couple times a month. People really appreciate customer service in a world where everything is a click away. In an area where there are more glass shops than Starbucks, I would do all I could to keep customers happy. The selection certainly is robust, overwhelming even. I know what it’s like to have people come in and waste time, so I don’t do that. I was simply looking at the inventory, it was a lot to take in. I would have bought a tapestry or 2, some moon stone, I would have spent at least 3 times as much as I ended up spending b/c the young man behind the counter clearly didn’t want me there any longer. I don’t remember the last time I left an establishment feeling shamed. Edit: Thank you for responding after 3 weeks. He did not ask for ID until ringing me up at the register. If he had asked I would have been happy to provide it walking through the door. Maybe he didn’t ask because I’m clearly middle aged. I suppose maybe you reviewed the wrong video, as this was 3 weeks ago and I didn’t mention when exactly I came in. I am not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, this first negative review I’ve ever given. This experience was less then acceptable and your response is pathetic. Had I gotten a professional respectful response I would’ve given this establishment a second chance. A better rating and nicer review. Instead you chose to make up a lie and shame me further! Because if you did actually look at footage, you know that your employee never asked me for ID until I was rushed into buying my stuff. Just like every single other head shop does in every county.

Great, in fact, fantastic choice of selections. They really know what it is to “smoke”. And the blonde hair gentleman was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend this store

Great people. Very friendly and attentive. Prices are competitive if not cheaper than other shops. It’s A local small business so it’s good to support them.
