Cashier was rude and incompetent. I went in on 5/15 during my lunch at work. The store has a great selection. They have regular geek bars listed at 25.99. I selected two flavors of the same geek bar make, the basic ones, but when it came to check out one of them rang up as 26.99. This was a suprise because 25.99 was the posted price. I mentioned that to the cashier and he said “I just do what the boss tells me” so I replied “then tell your boss that needs to be marked” and moved forward with my transaction. After my card had cleared and the machine said thank you, after I mistakenly declined my receipt, the cashier told me the change didn’t go through and he’d need to charge them again. I immediately told him he was wrong, and requested he print out the declined receipt if I was gonna to run my card again. He said he couldn’t and it didn’t charge and I’d have to run it again. He then asked me to pull up my statement to show it charged, which I did and it had, and he still told me it didn’t charge and would need to charge again. I waited in the store 10 minutes on my lunch break for him to call his boss, who looked up my transaction and saw it charged in less than a minute. Do not go here, these guys are scammers and cheats. Thank god for the boss, but that employee needs to be removed. I feel deeply concerned for all the people they have scammed with less backbone than I have. I will not be giving my business to these people again.

Waited five minutes to be served with four other people in the shop nobody came to serve us Saw your reply and you are wrong. You should have put a sign on the door instead of leaving your customers wondering. Don’t try and gas light me, I said nothing to you. I was walking out the door, without being served as you were coming in. Look at the cameras. I was waiting there for longer than two minutes. The fact that you would gaslight me is crazy. Never coming back here. You missed out on the money bro and you wanna make up lies about me lol My bad for wanting to take my hard earned money and spend it in your store, should of never done that unless my battery was dead lmao

This is THE VAPE STORE! Madison is my favorite and no matter what im looking for and how busy she is she'll help me find it! Shes also very kind and always makes me feel at home. I have probably been to every vape store in the area before I found Gorilla and have came here ever since! They have everything I always need (im not just saying that). I was having problems for the longest time finding disposables and Gorilla had every single flavor plus new ones. They are also really reasonable in prices and they are the only vape store ive been to that offers a reward system! And its goooood. Like every other visit I have a $10 off waiting for me! If you're looking for a vape store... even if you have one!!!! Start going here!
