I’m giving a 5 star review, because that’s the usual experience I have. The owner is great and the staff is almost always just as good. However, today when I came in this was not the case. I was third in line, no problem, the people ahead of me were asking many questions. I was in no rush. The person ahead of me was taking plenty of time, not the employees fault. The issue I had was at no point in time in over 10 minutes was either I or the guys behind me acknowledged. I don’t care if you say “hi” or whatever but clearly after waiting for a period of time, I intended to buy something. I ended up leaving after 15 minutes. I am proud of the service the person ahead of me received, that’s why I refer people to this shop. However, I left empty handed and will have to make another trip if I want to still buy from here.
