Absolutely ridiculous, bought a battery here and stupidly didn't take a receipt. Boy do I regret that! Why? Because the battery doesn't work of course! They said I could just use my bank info to prove my purchase, NOPE, they don't have the proper store name!! It's listed under Buddha gifts so it's incorrect so they can't accept it!! Did anyone tell me this in the beginning?? Nope! I really try to give small business owners my business as I have always been a small business owner myself. But, first take care of your customers. They are making me charge this piece of junk to make sure it doesn't work first of all when I've had this faulty piece of junk and I just want to get rid of it!! I now have to sit here and wait, and also drive in the dark when I can't see. I'm NOT a happy customer. Dealing with all of this has not been a good experience. So, I just went down there and I don't have the BOX to the battery, This is over a $25.00 battery, They refuse to help me!!!! They have the Absolute WORST customer service. RALEIGH will not help me. I'm a 56 year old woman, not some child, absolutely no respect whatsoever. He will NOT even exchange the unit!!! What is wrong with this place. I'm going to have to miss work to come down here tomorrow??? For $25???? I can't believe this. Do not shop at this place unless you want the worst customer service ever. It's an absolute nightmare. I suffer from chronic pain and a lot of health issues and thought shopping from a small business would be nice and personal. I was never treated so poorly ever. I'm absolutely in tears, never had to drive back and forth so many times for a defective product that isn't my fault. I will never do this again! I still have to go home tonight with a broken, defective product. Still unresolved. Why? Raleigh didn't help! This is the worst store in the Springs! The Worst! I work all day, then I decided to call, spoke with Raleigh- I told him who I was, he said, " I see 100 faces a day. " as I left without my receipt- DUMB!!! But, thinking he'd be cool and duh- remember me. I definitely don't look like plain Betty. So, he told me to charge this battery before I come down, so that took almost 2 hours out of my very busy work night. 2 hours of my night that I didn't have. I was planning on running out, running in, exchanging and proceeding on. I went in with a smile explaining what was happening, I had previously done my research into this product, I had my online banking info on my phone to show him, and then what???? He actually asked me for a cartridge!! Like he needed proof that this $25.00 little battery doesn't work. Seriously. Then he offered me a junkier battery at a discount. Is this how he treats women? They obviously don't do business legally here. Making you jump through hoops and they don't stand behind their products.

I’ve been to Teez Vapes many times and so have every one of my friends and we’ve never had a problem. My boyfriend has bought from y’all and for some reason out of nowhere he is getting declined because of his ID and he is of age. he’s not sure why it has happened twice now.

Stevie does so much to help people out. He's made a big effort to keep my (uncommon) pods stocked. He's even set aside a couple packs just for me because he knows I'll need them. The best vape shops are the ones run by people who truly care about their customers. Teez is great for a few reasons. Cool selection, well-displayed. 420/710 accessories, hookah, and more. Reasonable prices and super chill vibe. But that personal touch is what sets a business apart. There are awesome people here, so Teez is my local vape shop!
