Monica is such a pro and gave me the tat I always wanted but better. She’s very chill and made it so easy I highly recommend her! I plan on doing the rest of my tattoos w her she really cares about what she does and it shows! I’d add pics but can’t figure out how lol. The guy at the front desk was very cool as well

I promise as someone who has been here on four separate occasions - that it is rare to come across customer service this bad. I’ve tagged along for a friends service twice and tried to come for my own piercings twice and every time the piercer is incredibly rude. I don’t know if there are biases involved in their treatment or if the piercer is really just that indifferent when it comes to proper customer service. Please don’t go here it is a terrible experience that I would not wish upon anyone.

I been there a few times and it’s all pleasant. Super friendly staff and very polite. Super clean facility and low prices that can’t be beat.

If I could give no stars, I would. The piercing artist was unkind and messed up my ear. It has been almost two months since I received my two piercings and never has it ever taken this long to heal. Nor has it ever bruised like it has, or changed the shape of my ear. Do NOT recommend.
