Zen Cigar and Pipe, Richard and his Customers are incredible. I had an event in August with him and some of his closest customers attended. We exchanged ideas, talked tobacco, talked about the business and everyone was very engaged. Highly recommend you stop in and connect at a more personal level with them.

The best cigar lounge in Colorado Springs by far! Richard the owner is an absolute riot. A retired detective from NY and has forgotten more about cigars that I will ever know. Has a great selection (including the Fuente rare pink) and My Father Blues as well as a hundred others. Can not recommend more highly. 10 Stars

I came here with my father in law and brother in law for our engagement party celebration and immediately felt at home. Greeted by Richard with the most positive and welcoming attitude I’ve seen ever. Knew nothing about cigars when I got here and left feeling like I’d been smoking them for years. 10/10 I would recommend this place above any in Colorado and will be coming back again.

Not trying to start anymore drama by doing this. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or just an employee but this guy is rude, aggressive, disrespectful, and frankly unstable. We were trying to stop at the liquor store next door and didn’t notice the parking signs saying they were reserved for zen lounge guests. After getting out he immediately started yelling as we walked next door, went in the other store and screamed at my boyfriend calling him profane names consistently, ending in him throwing a LIT CIGAR at his arm, so hard it left ash and sparks after hitting. He was also threatening to beat him up in the parking lot. This man is frankly a safety hazard. Please be careful. Both me and my boyfriend felt unsafe and left as fast as we could but I highly recommend that if anyone else runs into an issue like this they involve higher protocols to get this man help. Please be safe as this man could be dangerous. THIS PLACE IS UNSAFE! The liquor store next door is great just make sure to park correctly.
