I recently visited this shop intending to purchase a disposable vape but decided to try my first reusable vape instead. After using it, I found that it wasn't a comfortable fit for me due to the hell fire of the hits. I called the store to explain my concerns, and the staff were very understanding. They invited me to come back in to discuss my options and took the time to help me find a solution that better suited my preferences. I truly appreciate that they stood behind their product and were committed to making sure I had a positive experience. Their excellent customer service, patience, and willingness to resolve the issue made all the difference. I'm now able to enjoy my reusable vape comfortably. Thank you for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this shop.

This is one of my favorite shops. Nice and clean. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I find their prices are on par with most vape shops. Their inventory is a bit light, but still have a good selection. Overall, I can say its always a pleasure to shop here.

Sold me expensive La Dulce Creamy Orange Juice which tasted horrible and would not credit me to get another name brand juice. Their comment, "we will throw it away for you". What a joke of an establishment. Prices are way to high and I will not return - EVER! PS: your response is pathetic, I never asked for a more expensive juice for the La Dulce juice, I asked to pay the difference in price and was told no, but we will throw that away for you. I hardly ever post negative reviews, but with your poor customer service and now your response, I am very glad I did.

Great customer service and I love the variety and selection (especially the disposables). I discovered this shop on Google after growing tired of stopping by gas stations with the hope that they’d have what I was looking for and it was so worth the longer drive up north.

Always have super good customer service, and good conversation about what juices, etc. are right for me. Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the industry. if you’re ever looking for a local shop to call home, this is hands-down the best recommendation I can give
