I believe it was Brian or get me if I got the name wrong but I called earlier to ask about the product and he helped me right out. As soon as I came in he remembered me From the phone and got to the item i was talking about. Great customer service, super welcoming dude all in all. Definitely recommend this shop to anybody.

Paul did a fantastic job! 710 Pipes has a wide range of vaporizers and he was knowledgeable at them all. His recommendations matched what my research showed and I went home with a DrDabber Switch 2 + Stortz and Bickle Venty in early 2026! Great environment, friendly staff, frontier product!

Nick and Otis were awesome! Nick really took his time and helped me pick the right piece also very customer forward and made sure I got all my discounts. They are the best!

Levi was very helpful and informative about helping me pick out a puffco proxy. Awesome shop with great people
