The staff is friendly and patient, never rushing you, even when the shop is busy. They have amazing VFUN PEBBLE flavors, with options for every taste and preference, and the quality is always perfect. The shop is clean, organized, and has a great vibe, making it a pleasure to shop here. The prices are fair, and they often have great deals, which is a huge plus. This shop is our neighborhood shop. The staff has a way of making it a nice coffee shop feel. Today I encountered staff that went above and beyond their job. Owner Mark and his managers and staff always present a core culture of professionalism and deep product knowledge in an atmosphere both organized appealing. The staff in both stores always offer kindness and gratitude and remember my specific needs better than I. Which is really useful as I'm an old guy who, in the 70's, definitely inhaled. A lot.
