This was my first time at this location, I was just passing through, but the lady that worked the counter on the 18th, with the brown curly hair, was absolutely amazing and very helpful! There was a line when I walked in the door, which is a good sign, and a large variety of options. She handled everyone perfectly! I just wanted to thank her for making my stop quick and efficient!! Highly recommend

I am extremely frustrated after my experience at this location early this morning. I specifically drove over 20 minutes to visit your shop because both the website and Google listing indicate that it was open 24 hours. Given that this was the only vape store listed as open at that hour, I relied on this information to make the trip. However, upon my arrival, the "Open" sign was off and the doors were locked. I attempted to resolve the situation by looking for the doorbell mentioned in previous customer reviews, but it appears to no longer exist. I also tried knocking on the door and calling the listed phone number multiple times, but I received no response. I waited in the parking lot for approximately 30 minutes, and at no point did any employees appear to be on-site. It is highly inconvenient to encounter false advertising regarding operating hours. If your store is unable to maintain a 24-hour schedule, I strongly urge you to update your online listings and website immediately so other customers do not waste their time.

Sold me a faulty can of butane tried calling twice before driving back to exchange it and no one answered. Refused to exchange bottle because the tiniest amount of gas would come out before it stopped fueling. If you are going to charge $8 for butane at least be honest and swap them out when they are faulty.

I’ve been coming here for years and lately this place seems to be going down hill. The employees here will sell you broken products and then they refuse to exchange or refund your money. Never going back and never recommending this place to anyone again.

I went in there today and this guy with a Beard Lied to me over the phone and told me they had a stainless steel grinder which they did not. And then when I got there and asked for the stainless steel, he told me to get out of the store Do not go here and I do not recommend the people who work here are crazy and will lie to you
