I would totally spend more money. Here if the customer service was a little better you walk in there’s no vibe. I feel like I should just hurry up and buy and go. Product is always good

I’ve been in and out of the Green Valley community since 2001, this is the best shop to join the shopping center that was once “the barn store”. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, if I mention a product they don’t have already, they make an effort to write notes and price match local gas stations to keep myself and other customers I witness in line satisfied. Danika, Duece, and May have been a great staff.

I purchased a vape battery instore and the young lady told me about how people often times call back about the battery not working rather than charge it as most of the batteries on the batch they have available have been known to be dead when they received them. I thought it was nice of her being upfront and didn’t think much about it. I get in in and plugged it in the charger the first night on a C charger overnight, however, it wasn’t charged. Tried couple of chargers on deferent ports on different days but still nothing. I called the shop within 3days if l could bring it back with a receipt for a swap but l was told they don’t do refunds or exchange. The only thing they offered is to come back to the store and get a 30% discount on purchasing a new one. Like whaaaaat??? Will suggest to go do business with them with caution, you have been warned!!! 🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️

Had a issue with a terp pen and interaction with one of the staff members. Danika the owner reached out and made things right. Seems like she cares about customer service.

I called lookimg for specific products. The gentleman i spoke with informed me that his shop would not be able to help me. And im sure somewhat reluctantly gave me a location nearby who would be able to assist me. If that isn't the height of professional I dont know what is. I will take any of my other business there in a heartbeat, just because of this display of customer service and integrity.
