Worst customer service ever. Rude act like your an inconvenience from the minute you walk thru the door. Then the lady working acted like she was going to catch something deadly when giving me my change. She pretty much threw my change at me from about a foot away. Her body language was very rude and she wouldn’t tell me the total she just pointed at the cash register and when I was asking about a product she seemed like she was trying to talk me out of buying it. If I could give then less then 1 star I would’ve. Do not recommend stay away.

I called to this shop at 5:35pm 1/15/25 A very rude lady answered the phone barely spoke English but is here in US. And could not answer any questions said she was new. When I asked to speak to her boss she said he is outside talking to someone I said ok. Can you please go get him and tell him customer wants to speak to him,she just kept arguing with me would not let me speak to him and hung up on me! Horrible customer service!! Why hire people who are rude, know nothing about tobacco and hang up on customers?!! I will let others know..

Store overprices nearly everything including loose tobacco. Closes before posted hours. Main sales associate is unfamiliar with price matching or competition. True bleu ripoff.

Good selection, friendly staff, but the hours are strange i think about every third time i got they are closed and its usually between 1 and 2 so not very reliable.

The new owner is a great guy, AL, is a great guy. J's is open Monday-Sunday, 8am- 8pm Mon-Sat and open on Sunday till 6pm. The tobacco is fresh and fair priced. J's is also one of the easiest tobacco stores to get to in all of Denver centrally located at Pecos St and I-70. Just North of Downtown Denver, 1 mile West of I-25 take the Pecos St exit, slightly North and West on the NW corner of Pecos St and W 48th. I have shopped in this area for 20 years and never had a problem with anyone.
