*Update 2.19.26 Shout out to Felicia for putting up with my closing time arrivals and making counting down the drawer a headache with my change during ongoing hard times, although soft spoken she shows me kindness patience and understanding. Small business doing right at it's finest, a true rarity in today's day & age so come support this hidden gem* --- Original review 11/2024: I can't say enough good things about Kay and Castor at this small shop packed with everything you could need for vaping and head shop supplies. Their customer service is truly exceptional. Despite my habit of oftentimes showing up just minutes before closing (a bad habit/"quirk" from my OCD), they always greet me with smiles and warmth. I often come in with loose change due to some tough times finding myself between jobs, but Kay and Castor have never made me feel anything less than welcomed and appreciated. Their product knowledge is impressive, and they take the time to ensure I find exactly what I need, never rushing me or showing any frustration. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, they set the standard for what true service should be. I’m currently navigating a rough transitional period in my life, and their kindness and patience is truly a blessing. warning to anyone buying geek bars: Haven’t had issues before, but I was sold two very fake geek bars. I haven’t had any issue before, and they weren’t any cheaper, but they are definitely fake. i left without throughly checking so i know they can’t return, its just a waste of money.

I really appreciate the services that purple green offers and the ladies that work at 61st Washington location are great and Felicia has been very helpful and she goes above and beyond with my issues with my vape that is refillable and I don't know to much about but she did and so I will keep coming back.. thanks
