I had an excellent experience at Red Star Vapor, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Hermis for the outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered every question I had in detail, and explained the differences between products without making me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. What really stood out to me was how patient and helpful he was throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely knows his stuff and cares about helping customers make the right choice based on their needs and preferences. Whether it was flavors, devices, recommendations, or explaining how certain products work, Hermis made everything simple and easy to understand. The store itself was clean, organized, and had a great selection, but the customer service is what truly made this a 5-star experience. It’s hard to find employees these days who go above and beyond the way Hermis did. I’ll definitely be coming back to Red Star Vapor and recommending this shop to others because of the great service I received.
