katie provides OUTSTANDING customer service! was able to help me find the perfect temp to dab at as well as helped me replace some of my dab accessories:) she is so thorough and informative, after just talking to her for a few minutes, i felt comfortable talking with her and i learned how long she heats her dabs and in turn i am now taking PERFECT temp dabs😇 she is very talented and i for one think she deserves a raise! helped me discover a new high✅💅

Went in to return a defective battery after already having swapped it once. Was told, upon arrival, that I can oniy get store credit at the time of return (can't come back when they have other products). Now they still don't have the battery i want but my option is to return it and get the same one a third time or go over the 48 hours and lose the entire purchase price. Get told the manager has more power and is at the other store but about to leave, however the assistant manager is teed up and ready to help. So I rush over to the other location (under 10 minutes) and as they said the manager was gone, however the assistant manager was teed up to tell me she can't help. Now at this point I've done 3 trips in swapped it out once, had them call from store to store and still get nothing done. However they do have the battery that costs half of what I paid but works. So I take the swap. Losing the 6.99 difference. Usually I like thsse guys but this was awful. Either give associates the power to handle under 20 or get damn gift cards so you can actually give store credit. This will stop me from going back here if I can get the same products elsewhere..... unless they can fix this.

I love there prices on disposable vapes they have every kind and they are very cheaper than other shops on same street that charge 47 for same at wild side it’s only 17$$ also if u buy 10 vapes u get one free which is very helpful especially when u are broke like me..
