Stopped in here today for the same white grape, white owl cigarillos I have been smoking almost 10 years. The older black lady for some reason thought I said white box, I repeated white grape, white owl two more times until she understood and grabbed the right ones. Then she was upset for misunderstanding me and refused me service. A white gal come out of the back to ring me up. She was very disrespectful to me just for her misunderstanding. I will go somewhere else from now on.

Amazing inventory options and the BEST staff. There’s two women that work sometimes that are as nice and helpful as they come. One of them even offered me a nicotine pouch from her personal tin when I was curious about the product: unbelievable. The drive through is hilariously convenient too

Under new management and what a wonderful turn around in customer service. My visit this morning was was met with a smile and the new manager asked me how I was in such a way like she was sincere in asking. Left feeling like a valued customer.

Quality of this store has unfortunately gone downhill since new management took over. The new woman who took over, I think her name is Tandra, has just made the experience of this store very negative. While she has been kind to customers, I’ve heard her belittle and abuse the staff working there, which if anyone has shopped there as long as I have, you’d know that Lucas and Brandon are a huge reason why people have consistently stayed customers there. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and hadn’t witness the staff get abused until she took over. While they have what I utilize in stock there, I think I’ll be taking business elsewhere. If you can’t be kind to the people that work there, how do I know you won’t be trying to screw the customers over? It’s pretty sad.

The manager or so he says he is that is in here now... A total disgrace. Rude and dirty. I wouldn't let him touch my cards so he told me to kick rocks. Website won't redirect for corporate so I'm left with this until I can catch his manager on site.
