I've been coming to this Murphy. USA for a little over a year. Now at first, it was sparkling, clean and tidy. Now there's trash and cigarette butts all over the sidewalks. And all over the pavement, even near the gas pumps, I just pulled in, and I saw 2 employees outside smoking. They were standing right by an upright ash. Tray, and they both flicked their cigarettes into the parking lot. This place is revolting.

The staff here is typically really rough. Numerous times have been in the store and it smells like marijuana. And I don't mean from the customer that just walked out ahead of me. Someone in the building smoking. Also, I can't tell you how many times I've walked up to the counter. The cashier won't even say hi to you won't say thank you and I don't mean the same cashier. I mean basically all of them. The manager is outrageously rude. Only reason I go here is cuz they have cheap tobacco prizes.

I stopped in for a quick drink, but the cashier was visibly upset with her employee, even using inappropriate language. She expressed frustration about customers and made the atmosphere uncomfortable. No matter the situation, that’s just not appropriate in front of guests.

I stop at this store at least a couple of times per week since it opened and have never had a bad experience. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Plenty of gas pumps so no waiting. If I need to go inside, usually fast and easy. One associate, Doug, has been especially helpful. He will recognize me, grab what I normally need without asking and that personal touch really goes a long ways. Excellent store, keep it up!

Usually this station is on point, but recently it seems like once or twice a week the store is closed at 6:30am. Prime time when people want a drink or a snack. Super irritating when there's an employee vehicle sitting in one of the spots and the doors are locked.
