Been a regular for almost 2 years. Started buying kratom here. I'm very meticulous with dosing, using a scale to measure. A couple of weeks in a row I noticed that I was short a few doses so I started weighing the bags when I got home after purchase. Pretty consistently over the last four times I've purchased the bags have been anywhere from 2-10 grams light. An empty bag, washed out and dried weighs almost 4 g. I even pointed out to one of the family members that works there that the bags were light, doing my best to not sound accusatory, even suggesting that may be some fell out while they were putting it in the bags or that some remained in whatever scoop they were using. They acted like I was personally attacking them and their family. They say they're selling you an ounce but in reality they're usually selling you anywhere between 18 and 28 g. In my mind that's theft. One less customer.

Trash, purchased a butane torch walked outside to the truck and went to add more butane and noticed the dial to adjust the flame was broken, walked right back in and the person checking me out said “wasn’t like that when I sold it to you, I looked” liar I had that less than 5 min and the one I originally had in my hand you put back for the broken one “that already had butane”. Faulty nonsense scammer, you’re not slick, selling merch you broke. Save yourself the headache, skip this shop and go down the street

Been here 3 times in a year. Twice now iv gotten wraps so dry they can catch fire to a street in the winter time. They don't care to check if they are stale either. One time I actually got papers so old they stuck to the raw insert 🤣🤣. Only go here if you are buying vapes?

Female employee threatened me with a firearm for reaching past the glass. Worst vape shop in all of Denver. Go literally anywhere else for better service. This is just another poorly run family business.
