Sold me a defective bong twice, the first one I bit the bullet on I bought a second more expensive one to not make same mistake, both times they refuse to return or even offer store credit. Been coming here for YEARS. If this can’t get resolved logically. I will not be giving another dollar to this establishment. I’d hope for TYLER to reach out sooner than later, seems to be a reoccurring issue only glass from what other employees have mentioned.

The best head shop I've ever been to. Staff is very helpful and super nice. Huge selection to choose, I could shop here for days. Just driving by makes me happy with the kick ass mural!

We were looking for good & different designs for hacky sacks. We were referred to One Love & the gentleman there was so friendly. He laughed at our generation difference with us when my son said I was only excited about the glow in the dark sacks because it was new for people my age. Lol

One of our favorite places in Loveland! Wonderful selection and their staff is even better!!!! The employees truly do make this place what it is, especially the ones who have been working there for years!

Buyer beware. I got a hoodie for Christmas at the store One Love. It was too big so we wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. Now the manager was in there when we came in so she knew what we were doing. In fact she told her employee that the exchange had to be an even exchange-same price. The manager left before we made our choice. At the counter, he looked at the price of the hoodie that I wanted and it was cheaper than the one we brought in to exchange. Now remember this as I am explaining....the one we wanted was cheaper. So he had to call his boss to see if we could exchange. We were told that since the one we wanted was cheaper, we couldn't exchange it because we would have had to do it within 72 hrs after purchase which would not have been possible since it was a gift and wasn't opened until Christmas day. So I have a hoodie that I can't wear because it's too big. We will never shop there again. And we even said we didn't care about getting money back. So stupid!!!!
