Apparently you have to be 21 to exchange money🤣, I went in this afternoon and tried to change out a 100 for any sort of change but couldn’t because I wasn’t 21! Didn’t know you had to be 21 to hustle but he wouldn’t understand that working at a smoke shop lol.

Love the folks there their sweethearts if you purchase anything with a value of 20 bucks you get a stamp on the card, get 10 stamps and you get 20 bucks off the 11th purchase. Damn good deal!

So I have come to this store quite some time prior to this, and this is the first time I had experienced this. I tried to get a military discount at the counter when the guy who was working denied it stating that “you could have gotten those documents online.” I tried to show him my DD214 which had worked prior to speaking with him and this is the first time this had happened. I served 6 years as a 68W (Combat Medic). My name is on my DD214 and is proven through my license, I had gotten the stamp removed during COVID from my license. I felt very offended by this and will most likely not come back to this store. I will also most likely inform others at the VA about this. Thank you.

been going here for years. went in yesterday(8-3-25) to get my girl a new piece. bro behind the counter wanted to start yelling at us for grabbing one off the shelf we liked wanted to buy... not in a glass case...... next to where people walk in and out of the cigar room.... I put back on the shelf and he wanted to continue to run his mouth telling us to have common sense and don't touch when we were gonna buy it. very unprofessional and terrible customer service. no longer will be spending my money here. to many shops in town. and there selection is extremely minimal compared to what it used to be.
