Believe all the 1 star reviews! Their experience was similar to my experience. Over priced and extremely rude! I didn’t buy because prices were higher than anywhere I’ve ever been before, including San Francisco. $40 for 1 Elfbar! I get them 2 for $40 at my local shop (5000 puffs). They tried to charge me 2 for $80! I work with high end clients and have been in customer service my whole life. I have never been treated with such disrespect before. When I asked how much they were I was told it doesn’t matter. When he finally told me the price and I said “Wow, that’s expensive” he replied with “Thank you for the compliment. Do you want them or not.” When I told him no. He told me to get out. I was shocked they were behaving so erratically. I said this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had and told them what I usually purchase them for. I was called a “bitch” for those comments and the older woman followed me out of the store yelling at me all the way until I drove away. Please don’t give these people your money. They should be out of business.

I’m not quite sure why everyone is bashing this family. By my understanding English is not their first language. And the “old man” is their father! He’s not rude at all he’s just keeping his dominance in his store! Every time i go in here they are so polite and absolutely meet what I am looking for. It’s always conversation and small laughs. They never push me to tip even if I want to! I love em!

Awesome experience. Went in to buy two mega esco bars which they discounted 10% just to be nice. However after leaving the store one did not work at all. Went back in where they told me policy is you must try it inside the store and after testing the defective one they gave me a brand new one at a very discounted price. Very kind friendly people and made sure I was happy before leaving the store. Will definitely be back!

Great selection and the younger worker is great and friendly, however, customer service is questionable by the older gentlemen. While I was shopping, I felt pressured to make a quick decision so he could get back to eating his lunch. Second, the product I purchased was defective and will not charge. (not the stores fault) but when i called to see if there was anything they could do to help me out, he said “No, come buy a new one” and said that sucks. Very frustrating to receive customer service like that even if they’re not able to help. Giving 2 stars to the younger gentlemen and the selection

I went out of town for a little while and when i came back VaporX had more inventory, so much to choose from. I love how sweet the owners are, just great genuine people. The place is clean and its not one of those sketchy smoke shops. The Prices are reasonable. I purchased coils and was happy with my choices. Thanks again
