Love this place! The customer service is usually fantastic—most employees are incredibly helpful, personable, and make the experience really enjoyable. However, I’ve consistently had issues when Ryan is working. Every time I come in and see that he’s on shift, I know I’m in for poor service. Considering the role mostly involves grabbing products and answering basic questions, it really shouldn’t be that difficult. Yet I often find myself waiting around 5 minutes while he’s busy on his phone. If you ask him anything, he makes no effort to help—his default response is, “You’d have to ask a manager.” On top of that, his attitude is just plain rude. I even took a photo to make sure I got his name right, because I want to be clear about who I’m referring to—he’s the only one I’ve had a negative experience with. Every other employee has been phenomenal, and it’s frustrating that one person can drag down an otherwise great experience. That said, I really didn’t want to leave a bad review. The product selection is excellent, the prices are fair, and I believe her name is Taylor—she’s absolutely amazing. I actually drive out of my way to come here because of her! But having someone like Ryan on the team really makes you think twice about returning. 10/10 when Ryan isn’t working. 0/10 when he is.

definitely a loyal customer but tonight…..? I watched this employee put this sign up I walked up as he walked away read the sign waited the 20 minutes…. Gave him the benefit of the doubt maybe it’s taking a bit longer I don’t live far so I went home ATE DINNER WATCHED A WHOLE 30 MINUTE EPISODE… came back to grab what I needed and the sign was still up…… he’s sitting at the counter continuously shaking his hand over and over saying he’s not taking anyone… I’m sorry but as an employee that sign should NOT have been up. Let alone putting “back in 20mins” it’s been over an hour he was rude and that makes me sad cause I really do love it here.! Never had a bad experience till tonight.! 😭
