Mizan, the owner of this establishment, has made me realized how bad at business some folks really are. There are just simple things you have to do. For instance when they sell you a product that malfunctions they should do something about it. I have spent hundreds if not closer to a $1000.00 there over the past few months. I was actually his first review. I love helping small businesses and entrepreneurs how ever I can. So I offered to write him a great review to kick off his new venture. The review I'm editing now. He sold me a product that broke well before it was finished. I brought the product in. I even brought a cord and a mobile battery charger to show him it just stopped charging. He then persisted to tell me that it was finished and it's not the battery. I corrected him as lightning bolt stands for battery. The was battery was at zero after multiple attempts to charge it on different sources. He agreed that it was in fact the defective "rechargeable" battery. I simply said ok, what can you do for me? He looked right at me and smugly said the word, nothing. I was shocked. I said really, not even a discount on my next purchase which would have been right then and there. He said nope, nothing. In which I was infuriated and confused at that moment. I let him know that I would never be returning and I left. I will never go back. I urge any of you to take the extra drive and find a different shop in which they honor the goods that they sell. Not that every product won't have a defect, just when they do, the new business owner in a small town should do something about it. I would understand if I was some repeat offender crying wolf. Not the case. I WAS a loyal customer. If he sells you something just know that if it doesn't work or breaks he is the short sited type kind of owner counting pennies, not loyal customers. or doing the right thing.

This is one of the best smoke shops I ever been to the staff is basically like family when u enter thru those doors there all helpful they give u exactly what your looking for always has a fully stocked shop always fully stocked and very fair prices I love this place I dont go any outher place
