Terrible experience with an extremely rude employee. Bought a vape that was leaking all over the package. I opened it in the store before leaving and noticed it was broken. Asked for a replacement—he opened another one, and it was leaking too. When I requested a third from the same faulty box, he accused me of breaking them! I suggested switching brands to avoid the issue, but he kept pushing upsells: first demanding $5 extra for a larger one, then jumping to $15 more. Unbelievable dishonesty and hostility. Stay far away from this place. Worker is extremely rude! None of his products work and expect all of your vapes to die almost immediately. Went to buy a vape from him and the vape was leaking all over the place. He then had the audacity to say that I caused the vape to leak despite opening the Package 30 seconds before. I asked for my money back and He decided to throw his arms up in the air In a bit of rage. He proceeded to tell me he’s going to post my video online because on my way out. I decided to tell him that I was giving him a bad Google review for his horrible service. Connecticut tobacco really should audit this guy.

Complete ripoff. The guy screams at you if you want a closer look at items. And tried to short me $25 when I gave him $100 bill to pay. I just took my money and walked and he decided to yell and swear at me on my way out. Stay away from this store. He is rude and just wants to rip people off.

Owner changes prices based on customers knowledge. Referred a friend who was charged 40 dollars for a 16 dollar tank. He then tried to charge me the original 16 upon return. I confronted him with proof and he threatened me with the police after he visibly got loud while other customers were in the store. Very poor ownership. Will never be referring anyone here again. UPDATE: As much as I DESPISE going here I needed to for an emergency glass. I also purchased a coil. Not only did he charge 26 dollars for an 8$ coil and a 10$ glass( Danbury Smoke and Vapor prices)(he complained when I opened the glass container to make sure it was the right size) i opened the coil the following day and it never fired, not once, multiple tests and replaces and twists.Lord help me if I tried to go back for a return to get yelled at and threatened with police again. This guy is a disappointment every single time I have to walk into his store. I pray the day someone buys him out and runs it like a business.
