I live in canterbury & was so happy to find this place so close to home! Casey, is AMAZING!!! Super friendly & knowledgeable. The other girl who works there (not sure of her name) is also amazing! They have an amazing selection & super reasonable prices! Convinent, nice, cheap & friendly!! 10/10 highly recommended!!

Melissa and Duncan were very friendly, personable and knowledgeable when I came in to shop. 5 out of 5 and very much worth the drive.

Not a trustworthy person at all. Sold me broken equipment yet assured me it worked great. The kind of person who only cares about making themselves a buck here and now.

Love this place. Had a little issue w an order I made recently at no fault of the fine folks at Ct-Ri ecig and vapes and they immediately went above and beyond to correct the issue even though it was far their fault. Customer service was incredible. They have a customer in me for life. Thank you

This is a great store. Friendly staff and great selection. I gave three stars because on two different occasions, house juices I purchased from them have defective tops..as I was topping off my vape, house Juice exploded all over my car (hoping it doesn’t stain my seats because it’s a brand new car), and it also happened another day when I was sitting on my sofa. I’ll come back but I will not be purchasing house juice from them anymore. Super stinks because I spent a lot of $$ on these house juices and more than half of 2 different bottles are gone because of defective tops. Edit to add: ct ri e cig was so accommodating and helpful after this review. They took good care of me. 5 stars for helping me out so much and resolving issue. Thank you all!
