Hands down one of the best “head” or “smoke” shops in all of eastern CT. They always carry the latest & greatest accessories. Massive selection of blown glass products, herbal-related gadgets, and most recently an influx of vape accessories also a section dedicated to CBD. Very friendly and informed staff.

I avoid this place. Post sale customer service is nonexistent. They do not stand behind what they sell. I've shopped at this location since it opened. The crew here is usually helpful, and polite. My last purchase was the last straw on defective merchandise. A few times I have had an issue with something I bought there and they refused to do anything about it. This time it was a 7 day old vape pen. I asked to exchange it with a receipt in hand. The finish started to flake off almost immediately from being touched. An obvious manufacturing defect. This is not a place I can trust giving my hard earned money to.

I've been going to northern lights for at least 10 years, used to love going. The past couple of times have really changed it for me, not sure when everything started changing but I barely see anything in there that catches my eyes anymore when I used to not be able to make up my mind. The interaction with the workers are just not the same, they used to be able to tell me about each artist that would create beautiful pieces now they don't even know what a bell is and I feel rushed while looking at the glass art. Just not the same

Never had a bad experience here. There is a new employee still learning so I hope everyone cuts them some slack while they learn! I have every electronic rig and have gotten torches and butane any and everything from them. The workers are always patient and kind. Knowledgeable
