Driest cigar I've ever purchased! Prices are good, but dude, fix that humidor!

Says they open at 10. Called the guy at 11 after driving here and nobody was here at 10-1020 so I left when they finally answered at 11 he said they open at 10. I’ve driven here twice both times it was not open at 10. Waited until 1030 both times nobody shows up. Called numerous times and nobody answers the phone until 11
