I realize that running a small business could be challenging but I have to say Slow Puffs Is running there business like it was a 5 star restaurant! It’s not just what you have on the shelf’s which slow puffs has a huge variety but the employees and managers are super knowledgable ,friendly and they can explain any questions you may have . It really makes a difference when your managers and employees are able to explain products and give you solid answers and advice! I live a good amount of distance away from Hamden and I will go out of my way to get there because it’s worth it !I need to give a huge shout out too Hanna who has been incredibly helpful and supportive whenever I get to her store ! She is incredible and a great store manager Thank you for all you do Have a great day and will see you soon!

10/10 smoke shop, super helpful employees with just about all Ur smoking/vaping needs. definitely the only smoke shop ill be shopping at from now on. great amount of Puffco selection as well and shout out to Hannah for all her help.

The only smoke shop I go to these days! Huge selection of glass, vape juice, pod style vapes, pretty good selection of sub ohm vapes, lots of different vape juices, and they've got a bunch of other goodies I won't mention here. They have a great line of their own kratom products too, definitely better than that gas station stuff. I'd say their prices are in line with any other smoke shops, not cheap but not more expensive than anywhere else. All the girls that work their are very sweet, customer service is always great. If there's a brand of vape juice you're looking for that they don't carry, they'll even order it for you. Definitely reccomend checking them out for all your smoking needs!

I went for my first time yesterday and couldn't be happier! :) Hannah and Claire were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming, friendly, professional, and awesome. They were able to answer all of my questions and patiently helped me select which products best suited my needs. I will definitely be returning, and I hope it's a day when Hannah & Claire are working!

Easily the best vape shop around. They carry the widest selection of disposable vapes and guarantee 100% authenticity with each purchase. Hannah always makes sure I leave with a great flavor and I’ve never left here unsatisfied, they truly put their customers first.
