Love this place! The lounge offers a safe (welcoming security at the door) and relaxing atmosphere to wind down and enjoy good music after work without the overcrowded feeling of most other options. I’ve been a handful of times and the customer service has consistently been great. My only suggestion is that you offer snacks and beverages, that would fully round out the experience. Otherwise this place would be 5 stars all day.

A few coworkers and I will come here when we want a chill night after work. While I have not been here on a weekend I heard it gets pretty full. The staff there have always been super helpful and they take the time to explain what the process is and what flavors go well together. I have never felt like they were trying to upsell me, they just want the customer have have a good time.

My girlfriend and I were riding around town, enjoying the night, when we decided to take our "periodic" ride through downtown Hartford. We went by some familiar places and saw that it was alright. Then we noticed NightSky, which I knew nothing about, so we decided to go in. The people at the door were great, the atmosphere was amazing. Good music, warm room temperature, because it was cold outside. They had great selections for hookah. If I had to decide on what could be better, I would say add a few more TVs on both sides of the wall. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back.

Night Sky Hookah Lounge is a relatively new spot in Hartford, CT. They provide great tasting hookahs in an, almost, endless variety of flavors. If you’ve never smoked hookah before or you’re looking for a suggestion the staff there is amazing. They’ll provide information on the flavors, hookahs, and even suggest a flavor/mix based on your preference. Night Sky isn’t just a hookah spot. They also provide amazing entertainment in the form of a live DJ on Friday’s and Saturday’s. The sets there are AMAZING! You’ll get to vibe to a solid mix of new/old/classic hip hop, r&b, reggae, reggaeton, and bachata. Everyone has a great time! They also have TV’s and show all the major fights and games. The best part about Night Sky is the staff. They truly go above and beyond; not only with the hookah, but with the overall experience. I’ve gone when they first opened and recently, and they’ve continued to make improvements based on what is needed and from suggestions they’ve received from customers. Checkout Night Sky Hookah - you won’t regret it. Tips: They’re the only spot open until 3:30am so beat the “let out” rush from the other bars so you don’t stand in line. You can now bring your own food if you please. The owner spoke to me and he continued to push to let the city allow it. The customers spoke, he listened, and it’s an overall better experience for all. They did start charging cover now but only after 1am (could change in the future). To avoid paying a cover if that’s a big deal to you arrive before then. It was only $10 - so no big deal. Their main reason for charging was crowd control. Since they are the only spot open late they would get a rush of people at the door at 2:00a. This caused a large crowd to form on the street which was unsafe.

Clean spot, loud music, good tasting hookah flavors ($15 each flavor, $5 each additional), no alcohol offered but we were allowed to bring in an outside cup. Good for groups of friends. Friendly staff
