Came here for ladies night out, bartender takes forever to make your drink, but they do come out great. Music nice,just wish the dj would play more than 35 seconds of a song.

I went here last week to celebrate my birthday at midnight, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I waited about 25 minutes for my first drink and another 18 minutes for my second, despite repeatedly trying to get the bartenders' attention. It seemed like they only prioritized customers who purchased bottle service. I would have considered buying a bottle myself, but the staff's attitude made me not want to spend money in this establishment. The bartenders came across as if they didn't want to be there. After I paid for my drink, one bartender threw the Toast payment device and stormed off. It was rude like im paying you and your working why are you getting mad for me asking for a drink! especially my bday being 3 mins away i get this type of treatment. What also was not right the payment process. My friend and I ordered two drinks and two shots, and the total came to $75. We were never given a receipt for either transaction or asked to review or sign when the charges were processed. At most bars and clubs I've been to, you're given a receipt to leave a tip yourself. That didn't happen here, so I wasn't able to see exactly what I was being charged for or whether gratuity had already been included. and it wasn't a mistake both transactions or rounds the receipt was not given. Between the long waits, poor service, and lack of basic professionalism i will not be back, Music was good that's about it.

I was disappointed with my experience at House of Goats. We reviewed our bill before paying, and after the payment was processed, an additional gratuity was added that we were not expecting. We also noticed items on our tab that we did not order, and drinks that no one in our group drank were not removed or comped when we brought it up. Mistakes can happen, but I expected the bill to be handled fairly and transparently. I recommend checking your receipt carefully before paying.

Came here a few times and food was great! The service the other times were about a 6/10 but it was busier. Today we came for brunch and we received exceptional service! Taisha was a friendly and a super attentive bartender. We loved her! Wilson the cook was dope as well! I like my wings abnormally well done and the cook came out to ask me how I wanted them. He was so nice! The music is a vibe too! I loved the staff, they made our experience a 10/10!!! Ps- blue cheese dressing is fire as is the Rasta pasta- everything fresh and homemade! Unlimited mimosas for $20 and Tasha kept them coming! 10/10 for today 🫶🏻

New Update..I went on a Friday for happy hour, the food was amazing, the wait was alil long, but everything was delicious, waitress did an awesome job...This is a small spot, I didn't get to try the food, kitchen was closed at 9:30pm on a Sat night. drinks was good. I went back to try the food, and again, not a lot of ppl inside. I tried the jerk chicken wings with jerk fried rice, and it was not bad. It could have been better, but again, it looked like the kitchen was about to close.
