I just left the shop and the customer service was so awesome. The guy at the counter was so nice. He explained the prices, how strong the different products were, and it was overall a fast and positive experience. I would definitely recommend people to come here if you're looking for a new smoke shop. They definitely made a repeat customer out of me and it was my first time there.

Gives up to $5 off for a “good review”. Plenty of other smoke shops worth going to over this place always have issues with the vapes too.

I buy from this place every week always buy Hyde. Had an issue with a flavor today, it wasn’t hitting right and had no flavor. He gave me a new one from the same box I opened it in front of him and same thing. Then proceeded to argue with me and tell me it was fine. I will unfortunately not be buying from here again

Excellent customer service! Love coming here they’re so friendly! The best place to get anything u need (; Khalil was the best

This place is great, every time I’ve been in there it’s been a different employee, and every time they’ve been relaxed, awesome and helpful. If you need something more specific than a gas station can offer, this is definitely the best store in new milford
