I had a great experience at this smoke shop. The service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. They really know their products and gave me some great recommendations based on what I was looking for. What stood out the most was how patient and helpful they were. Instead of just trying to sell something, they took the time to explain different options and helped me find exactly what I needed. Manager Q suggestions were spot on, and I ended up really happy with what I bought. The shop itself was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of products. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service and the employees are educated on the product. Dealt with three different employees and all of them were friendly. Great selection and clean.

Although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for I was quite happy with my purchase and he worked with me to find a happy medium. The man that owns the place was absolutely welcoming and we spoke for a bit about the product I was looking for, he showed me wonderful options. I will definitely return here, simply because the gentleman was so helpful.
