Staff is friendly and helpful. Recently bought 3 refil cartridges for the raz system. 7 days after purchase found one of the $20 refills doesn't work properly and drains the entire battery constantly while not in use. Brought it back to them and was told there is a 24 hour window to return pods. I bought 3 pods last week. So I would have to open all three first day try them, then return any problem ones and let them sit opened while I went through them? That does not make sense to me. They do not stand behind their products. They lost a regular customer and I recommend you go to one of the other dozens of shops that will have better customer service. Cannot recommend on that alone.

Great shop lot of products to choose from.owner is amazing anytime the staff doesn't no something they call her and she educates them quick, normally for the glass because my wife breaks hers alot.

This is definitely one of the better smoke shops I've been too. Very large selection of glass products, vape mods/tanks/atomizer, etc. They also carry several different types of herbal products (i.e. kratom, CBD). Everything is priced very fairly, and often below that of of competitors in all areas. It's easy to find and a short distance from the nearest highway. The manager, Tara, is wonderful. She is knowledgable and fun to chat with. Unfortunately, their hours have been impacted by the Covid-19 outbreak, so check before making the trip. They are also currently selling facemasks. I've checked out many smoke shops around the state and this is by far my favourite one to visit. Check it out!

I want to give a shout out to this store and its staff. All the staff are knowledgeable and spend time explaining the products and making suggestions. The store has an extensive assortment of products and is open good hours. I recommend!

The woman working was extremely helpful. She knew every product in her store and was able to help me find a new vape that I'm extremely happy with. Very friendly and outgoing too, she was super easy to talk to and get along with. Store had a great selection of products for a great price and parking was nice too. I will be shopping here again!
