Stopped by here today to buy a few cases of cigars. There was a bright neon sign in the window that said open so I approached the door. Long story short there was a sign that said “working upstairs ring for help” next to a bell. Rang the bell at least 4 times NOBODY showed up. So basically the sign said open but REALLY you weren’t open. Never going back there and I’m a longtime Ridgefield resident will not be referring you guys. BUTTHEADS IN DANBURY FOR THE WIN!

I am in shock, I just stopped by this shop and the attendant or owner or whomever asked me to leave the store based on some review telling me I am someone else. I was on my way to my boss and wanted to pick up a few sticks to share. There is something wrong there.

Door maybe locked! Ring the doorbell and the owner will be right down from his factory upstairs! Always friendly and helpful.

Fresh cigars, good selection, acceptable levels of service, unfortunately hours of operation are limited
