Excellent customer service, great prices, and have all variety of products. Staff was very helpful and the shop was clean and organized. Highly recommend!

Very kind and helpful staff always very patient with any questions you have. Very competitive prices. Large diversity of products (vapes, 'other' smoking supplies, tobacco products,etc). I have been purchasing products from this store on a regular basis for over a year now and have always been happy with both my experience & purchases.

Great prices staff is getting more knowledgeable

New to vaping wanted to support locally own shop stopped in to get what I needed. The employee that interacted with me very friendly but 0 knowledge about the products they sell. All questions I asked the employee they had to call someone else to get the answer, or tell me to look it up on YouTube. The flavors I was interested in the employee sold me something totally different. Went back the next day to exchange them for the flavors I asked for a different employee told me they don't do refunds or exchanges as I'm staring at a sign saying we do exchanges only. After 10 min of the employee calling the manager they exchanged it. Never going back.

I enjoy that this shop is open late nights it extremely useful especially on the weekends. Great selection of products and staff Are friendly even at 5 mins of closing time. This place needs a loyalty rewards program app to join up with. And need to get promoted hard cuz the shops in other towns don’t compete or compare
