My first visit to PuffCity on River Road in Shelton was so impressive that I had to leave a review. I was searching for a specific vape for a homebound friend, and the place she usually sends me was out of stock, again. After calling over a dozen local shops with no luck, as most don't even bother to answer or have a working phone, PuffCity was the first place to answer promptly and confirm they had it in stock, and in two sizes! The manager (and possibly owner) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He greeted me right away, showed me both options, and even let me know about a sale when purchasing two. I was especially relieved when he told me he consistently keep this harder-to-find brand in stock. The shop was clean, welcoming, and the colorful seating area out front was a nice touch. It's refreshing to find a business with excellent customer service and reliable inventory. I'll definitely be back and will gladly recommend PuffCity to others!

Best experience ever at Puff City Shelton. Alyssa helped me switch from disposable to a reusable vape and I couldn’t be happier. She is so smart knowledgeable and made the whole process super easy. On top of that she is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for someone who really knows their stuff and makes you feel comfortable ask for Alyssa she is the best.

Volkon is always very welcoming. This is the best smoke shop in Shelton ct. very knowledgeable. Highly recommend. They have the puffco and a lot of accessories. Recommended 10/10. Kemal is a good man too. Always the best in Shelton.

Always the nicest guys there! So helpful and knowledgeable. Their store is always so clean and well stocked

Best vape shops in the valley and great customer service I went in looking for a certain salt ejuice they didn’t have it in stock so the owner took my name and number and called me about a week and told me they were in that’s going above and beyond to help a customer. They have a large variety of ejuice to offer but I stick to my usual ones I highly recommend this shop and it’s great to support a small local shop
