Got a vape that i get cheaper everywhere else and it’s hitting like it’s dead, i told them and they did NOTHING about couldn’t even tell me when more were coming in DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. A 1000 other smoke shops i would go to before this one they are over priced with sucky products i don't know what they do to them and costumer service sucks worse than the products! BRAND NEW NOT WORKING 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I had bought a SMOK Vape from the shop Saturday, that Monday it stopped working and I went into the shop while calling SMOK customer service they said at this time they weren’t taking any claims, but the guy at the register said he knew me and I was a nice guy and gave me a new device for free!!! It was the most amazing thing anyone can do for me I appreciate them so much I recommend them to everybody I know!!!

Gotta be careful here. They don’t show you the register till as you ring up. I just got charged $15 per cigar when they were clearly labeled on the box and wrapper $10. Plus I was over charged for the lighter and cutter. Only after calling it out after I saw my receipt were they like “oh our mistake”. Great selection here and good service but you really have to keep track of what they are charging.

Sold me fake zyns. Banana Milkshake, pineapple coconut and cherry cola are all fakes.
