Very disappointed. I visited a couple of months ago on a Sunday and had a great experience. The employee was friendly, the two large humidors had an excellent selection, and I bought a bunch of cigars. I live about an hour away in NY, so today I made the trip back with a friend specifically to stock up. When we entered, neither employee acknowledged us. After we walked into the humidor, one came rushing in with an unfriendly attitude demanding IDs and claiming we couldn’t enter without showing them first. Showing ID isn’t the issue at all. It was the way we were approached. I planned to buy 30 to 40 cigars but ended up buying about five because the interaction completely turned me off. Customer service matters, especially when customers are willing to drive an hour to shop at your store. Mom’s Cigar Warehouse in Westchester may cost a little more, but their customer service is exceptional. My first experience here was great, which makes today’s visit even more disappointing.

This shop is very well stocked and organized. However, they sell defective products which they refuse to exchange. The also sell accessories in unmarked plastic wrap which makes me suspect they are counterfeit. Even worse, of the three people behind the counter who I've spoken with only one is able to respectfully communicate with a customer. Despite being conveniently located nearby I'm making a longer trip to a better shop.

Very good selection of cigars!!! I was very impressed. Spotted my truck on the street for a grab & go. Will def be back when I'm in the area. Bama Trucker

Ive been going to this smoke shop for years. Everyone is and has always been so kind, helpful and welcoming.Amanda is the best and she is our favorite !! she always engages with my 6 year old who cant seem to “Not touch” all the cool keychains while he talks her head off every-time 😅

Brandon quite the phenomenal salesman. He knows his stuff and curates to whatever needs you have. Very knowledgeable and kind. Been coming for a long time and he has never steered me wrong. Recommend the shop!!
