I used to love this place once it first opened. But it’s a huge turn off when they watch you walk around the store as if you’re going to steal but they also have cameras around the whole store. So it just makes me feel very uncomfortable as a regular customer that you guys feel the need to watch everyone in the store even though you have cameras. & the $10 card limit is a bit excessive seeing that that they sell items that cost as low as .50 cents.

i got two vapes exactly the same, my first one worked fine but the second one i opened was not pulling the way it was suppose to and giving me this burnt taste. i went back the next day to let them know and the gentleman basically told me i could have dropped it or stored it on a hot surface but again i opened it and had no issues until the issues were noticeable, i didn’t drop it nor stored it on a hot surface lol however my last vape i did drop it and had no issues i used it til it died.. these people are rip offs and i really feel some type of way because almost all of my employees and myself spend our money here. sorry to say but today was my last day doing business with them, if you didn’t want to give my money back just say that.

The Gentleman who refers to himself as T is polite and accomodating. He is patient and has no problem with you asking as many questions as necessary. Frequent customers may receive a discount too. Amazing glass selection. All thick glass, wonderful function, tons of recyclers. Best selection of glass ive seen in fairfield county AND the valley
