I believe this is under new management. I’m not sure it’s even called Grassy Plain anymore. The following was my experience at the store April 6, 2026 and April 7: I purchased a vape here. When I got home it did not work. I went back and was ultimately able to exchange it. The new vape, I tested at the store and it worked fine. However, it ran out of charge rather quickly. (Hrs). It would not take a charge. (I tried several charging devices to make sure it wasn’t the charger) I returned to the shop, explained the issue, but was refused an exchange this time, nor was there any reimbursement. The young lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic. She called the owner who was the one who refused the exchange Basically, I gave a $34 donation to this establishment. After all, they will simply return the item to the manufacturer and be reimbursed, no money lost on their end. I will not go back.

This is the place to go for all of your smoking and vaping needs! The employees are beyond nice and knowledgeable regarding the products they sell! They just opened a beautiful walk in humidor for all you cigar lovers! To top it off, their prices are the best around, and they offer a rewards program! Highly recommend!

Has what you’re looking for in a go-to shop and then some. The essentials, but also a wide selection of paraphernalia, flavored papers, and accoutrements. Larger tried and true brands but also newer stuff on the market and local brands, so you don’t feel boxed in to only buy the familiar, and I always like a local store with local products.

Best Smoke Shop in Connecticut by far. The friendliest environment and they will go the extra mile to make sure you find what you’re looking for. Highly recommend it!
