I used to go here, but I was not welcomed well by one of the workers Jose very rude not nice and then I heard about kings smoke shop in Mohegan Lake even though it’s a hike for me to go there I rather make the hike then go to Purple Plains at least at Kings. The prices are right they do great events and the people are just really nice and sweet and it’s affordable Purple Plains . You have lost my business. I’m sorry.

An elderly gentlemen with messed up hair and glasses overcharged me 73$ instead of the posted 65$ and refused to give me cash back like they usually do with debit cards. Very unprofessional attitude every time i visit also. Also overcharged my friend i brought with me for the first time and locked his card completely due to multiple transactions made on their end. You can find so much better elsewhere and cheaper.

Do NOT go here. Plenty of other dispensaries in the area with actual customer service. I had a problem with my order and instead of helping me the cashier just pushed me to the side to get the other customer out of the way. Do not go here.
