I bought a package of cigars that were marked for one price. When I went to check out the price was higher and even though the sales clerk walked back to the humidor with me and saw other packs hanging on the same rack with the original price. She looked at the small print of the description and said, "these aren't the cigars that are supposed to be here. Somebody must have switched them." and she has no authority to adjust prices. That's no bueno I will not be returning

Lady sells my wife defective vuse pods and when she goes to return it, the lady says she can’t replace it in short they will sell you defective stuff and not Replace it, The worker then cause the owner of the store and and the boss/owner was calling her out for her race over the phone, they basically robbed us and called her out on her race in one night never will be returning to this store again

Staff is great even though it's a constant turnover of newbies ... Ive NEVER had a single issue. Cigs are prob the cheapest prices in the area... I mean ... I don't go anywhere else for cigs... Prob won't either unless I move... Place is legit...

Great prices and if you are visiting from outside of Delaware you will be happy to know you will enjoy a tax free purchase! The gentleman who has been working the counter most frequently when I've been in (I apologize that I have not gotten his name, he's the tall gentleman with the beard) has been absolutely lovely when I've interacted with him! He is always courteous with a very warm and welcoming demeanor. As a business owner I appreciate his approach to customer service and I would love to have someone like him working for me! Please let him know he is doing a fantastic job and I always leave with a smile! Their location offers cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, pipe tobacco and tobacco pipes, lighters, cigarette cases, lovely incense and they even sell Delaware lottery. I'm sure there are more items offered that I haven't remembered to list here. All in all, this store is wonderful and I will continue to return!

I would rather drive to VA than go here, and that's what I'll do from now on. On many occasions, the girls behind the counter are rude, using their phones, talking to customers, or standing at the door smoking. I understand it's a tobacco store, but that doesn't mean when you're finished with your cigarette, that you just toss it in the parking lot. Tonight was no different. There was one person in front of me and 4 or 5 behind me. After she (Nikki) waited on the first person, she totally looked behind me and asked that gentleman what he would like (I was not standing off to the side as she claimed). After I made it known that I was next, the attitude started. I asked for 4 different brands, by the time I got to the 3rd brand, she smartly stated "Are there any more or are you gonna make me walk down there again"? The sarcasm was dripping and keep in mind, she had to walk down that way to get a carton to open to finish my order anyhow. I gave her two brands at a time so she wouldn't have so much to remember. Instead of embarrassing anyone, I decided a review would be worth it. I've complained in the past about the littering at the front door and that hasn't stopped, so I'm going to guess that management doesn't take it too seriously. Hopefully this will help? I've worked retail management before, and believe me, most of these employees wouldn't be working for me any longer.
