The cashier who worked this last Saturday was super helpful and sweet! Very knowledgeable about the glass pieces, and proper useage! She helped me pick out some organic hemp raw cones, and this lovely beaker bong! I love how pure this product is! She really got me as a customer! Definitely will come back!!!

Employees do not seem to know anything about their products. They keep products on high shelves behind the counters, and as someone who cannot see very well, it is difficult to know what they have. When I ask the employees about what they have, they just look at the shelves (while turning away from me) and just recite the name of the product. They will not take it off the shelf to let you look at the products. Last time I went, they literally had two vaporizers available, and when I said I would come back later, the employee did not even look at me and said nothing at all. Also, the times I bought THCA flower, it was very inconsistent and often times dry. The label on the flower package is also not always correct in what kind of flower it is (hybrid, sativa or indica), but puts the strain on the package. When I research that strain later, sometimes I will find out that it is not what is labeled as.
